The ideal candidate should have substantial experience with real estate financing, investment, leasing, and capital raising.
Background in commercial and residential real estate transactions and development is strongly desired.
Desired Background :
- 8-20 years of experience in real estate including commercial real estate closing costs, transactions, loans, commercial leases, zoning laws, contracts, and commercial real estate taxes
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a successful litigation strategy
- Licensed to practice in Texas
- Have an enthusiastic positive approach and be a team player
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic
