Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end hiring process for global G&A functions, ensuring speed and quality
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent in the SaaS ecosystem
Collaborate with leadership and the People Team to align hiring plans with business goals
Required Qualifications
Full-cycle recruiting experience in a SaaS or tech company
Proven track record in understanding multiple talent markets, including international hiring
Strong sourcing and networking skills, particularly with LinkedIn Recruiter
Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships and influencing hiring outcomes
Data-driven mindset with comfort in using metrics to guide strategy
