Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Data Analyst with a deep passion for the gaming industry. This is a unique opportunity to join a leading technology company where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our gaming platform.

Responsibilities
- Leverage your expertise in Tableau to design, create, and maintain scalable data models and dashboards that will drive strategic decisions and identify key business opportunities.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis and interpretation to help our team understand user behavior, trends, and patterns within our gaming platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to define metrics, create AB testing framework, and perform deep-dive analysis.
- Present complex data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, providing actionable insights and recommendations to influence business strategy.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency by developing robust data validation frameworks and maintaining high-quality data documentation.
- Mentor and guide junior data analysts, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within the gaming or technology industry.
- Extensive experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in SQL and a solid understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- A deep passion for the gaming industry and a strong understanding of gaming trends and dynamics.
- Proven experience in managing and delivering on multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
