Weare seeking a dynamic Solutions & Delivery Engineer tobridge the gap between sales and customer success. In this role youwill demonstrate our SaaS solutions to manufacturers anddistributors gather and yze client requirements design solutionsand oversee the implementation process.

As a Solutions& Delivery Engineer you will report to the VP of SalesEngineering & Delivery. Your expertise in supply chain APIsand ERP systems will enable you to offer customized solutions whilenurturing longterm client relationships through proactive meetingsand responsive support.
You will serve as the key liaison betweenclients and internal teams managing the entire customer lifecyclefrom initial discovery to postimplementation support.
Your insightswill be instrumental to the leadership team as we continue toinnovate and grow.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Present SaaS products to prospective clientsdemonstrating features and benefits tailored to their businessneeds.
- Support Account Executives throughoutthe sales cycle to help close deals.
- Collaborate with prospects to gather detailedrequirements and design solutions that meet their unique businessobjectives.
- Develop tailored implementationplans that include timelines milestones and resourceallocation.
- Lead the implementation process byensuring successful kickoffs aligning with customer goals andensuring smooth system integration.
- Configurethe software according to client specifications ensuring compliancewith industry best practices and regulatory standards.
- Work with crossfunctional teams including softwaredevelopers and QA ysts to ensure seamless project .
- Conduct regular status meetings with clients to provideupdates address concerns and collect feedback.
- Oversee customer onboarding and facilitate user trainingsessions to ensure clients effectively adopt and utilize thesoftware’s features.
Requirements andSs :
- Proven experiencein software sales customer onboarding and support.
- Handson experience in software implementation preferablywithin the SaaS industry with a focus on manufacturers anddistributors.
- Excellent communicationpresentation and interpersonal ss with the ability to engageeffectively with clients internal teams and stakeholders at alllevels.
- Strong project management ss with theability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Customerfocused with strong problemsolving ss.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities andnavigate ambiguity with confidence.
- Deepunderstanding of manufacturing and distribution processes includinginventory management supply chain operations and productionworkflows.
- Technical proficiency in softwareconfiguration database management and troubleing.
- Familiarity with ERP systems CRM platforms or relatedenterprise software is a plus.
- Projectmanagement certification (e.g. PMP PRINCE2) is a plus but notrequired.
