We are seeking a Preschool Teacher to join our established organization! This individual will plan and present age-appropriate activities for children with special needs.
Requirements :
- At least 12 ECE units
- Experience with kids 0-3 yrs
- Experience leading a classroom
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Pass a fingerprint and background check.
Responsibilities :
- Effectively instruct preschool-aged children in activities designed to promote creative growth and growth in all developmental domains by the program's philosophy and policies.
- Create, plan, and implement a weekly lesson with the Infant Development Specialist on the Developmental Domains.
- Create a fun and safe learning environment.
- Follow classroom schedule and routine to ensure adequate physical activity and playtime.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
- Supervise and train support staff
- Lead in the routine of the classroom.
- Work with IDS in adapting equipment, curriculum, and behavior plans
- Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress throughout
- Maintain the health and safety of all students
- Previous experience in teaching
- Passionate about working with children
- Ability to build rapport with children
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
More than one position available can be full-time or part-time, with the potential of becoming full-time after 30-60 days.

High school or equivalent
License / Certification :
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
