RN Civil Construction in Centennial, CO is looking to hire a full-time Heavy Equipment Preventative Maintenance Technician - Delivery Driver to perform oil, lube, and filter jobs on our heavy equipment as well as do pickup and delivery for our projects.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HEAVY EQUIPMENT PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - DELIVERY DRIVER

As a Heavy Equipment Preventative Maintenance Technician - Delivery Driver, you are the grease that keeps the wheels of our operations turning smoothly.

Our heavy equipment functions well because of the lube, oil, and filter changes you diligently perform. As part of your daily routine, you do oil sampling on all our major machine components and inspect them with a careful eye.

Meticulous in your work, you perform any lube services that are needed and then test and verify them, making adjustments as you go to ensure that our machinery runs perfectly before it heads off to a job.

Finally, you make detailed reports about each service and keep our in-house personnel up to date on the condition of our machines.

In addition to your preventative maintenance duties, you perform the delivery service that helps all our jobs run smoothly.

Each day, you pick up parts, tools, and other materials from vendors and deliver them to our projects, home office, or yard.

Using your expert navigation skills, you efficiently make your way to all the places you need to be, and our employees are happy to see you come.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A HEAVY EQUIPMENT PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - DELIVERY DRIVER

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience operating heavy machinery
  • Ability to read maps on a smartphone
  • Ability to understand oil types and usages

Having a CDL license would be a plus. Experience driving a forklift, skid steer, or pickup truck with a trailer would also be a bonus.

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A HEAVY EQUIPMENT PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - DELIVERY DRIVER

This position is full-time and typically works Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 am - 3 : 30 pm with some overtime .
