Assistant Property Manager
OVERVIEW
The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for daily property management tasks - largely tied to the leasing side of the business.
This will include handling tenant inquiries, assisting with lease agreement prep, renewal agreement coordination, managing resident relations.
The role will also include oversight and assistance with limited maintenance related items including managing move-in / move-out schedules, relaying information to our field technicians and general back-office support.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in property management, leasing, and real estate operations
- Familiarity with Philadelphia neighborhoods Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with property management software (Appfolio preferred)
- Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- PA Real Estate license not required but an added benefit
