Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls for the Florida Department of State, providing excellent customer service
Utilize computer systems and software applications to assist callers effectively
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while managing high call volumes
Required Qualifications
Full-time availability to work Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM EST
Stable, wired internet connection with minimum speeds of 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
High-quality wired headset, keyboard, and mouse for optimal performance
Quiet, distraction-free home office environment
Ability to pass a background check
