Responsibilities :

• Provide professional, recurring outsourced HR services to multiple clients across varying industries
• Manage daily HR and administrative functions for clients
• Coordinate payroll for clients according to client payroll schedules, and maintain data integrity the HRIS / payroll system
• Perform full-cycle recruitment services for multiple positions across all levels of a client's organization, including applicant tracking, interviewing, and reference / background checks
• Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries / requests that come through the dedicated Advantage HR mailbox
• Build relationships with clients and employees as a trusted HR resource through clear and consistent communication and timely execution of deliverables

Qualifications

Qualifications :

• BA / BS degree in Human Resources, Business or related studies and / or a combination of education and relevant experience
• Seven (7) or more years of progressive HR experience, with functional HR knowledge across all disciplines including compliance, benefits, employee relations, talent management, and compensation
• Proficiency using ADP WorkForceNow / ADP Run
• Functional knowledge of all MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

You're an ideal candidate if you also have the following preferred qualifications :

• Extensive experience using Excel and other data tools to conduct detailed analysis
• Previous experience with ATS platforms (ADP preferred)
• Strong functional knowledge of payroll processes, requirements, and regulations
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, both with internal colleagues and external clients, at all levels within an organization
• Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects for multiple clients
• HRCI / SHRM certification
