Dispatcher
Staffmark is seeking a dedicated Dispatcher to join a close-knit team for a temp-to-hire position with a local logistics center in Portland, OR.

Work Hours : Tuesday to Saturday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM
Pay : $18.50 per hour
Daily Responsibilities :
- Accurately enter shipping and receiving information.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Locate shipments in the warehouse as needed.
- Schedule deliveries for customers.
Qualifications :
- 2 years of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of computer software and proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to address customer concerns with a customer-centric approach.
- Eagerness to learn and troubleshoot.
