Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral :
- $50 every week of your referred driver's first year
- $500 bonus when your referred driver hits 3-months
Work & Route
- Running Region - Within 250-300 miles of Pilgrim’s plant operations in each location.
- Plant Locations : Live Oak, FL
- Hours and Days : 8 to 14 hours a day; Length of day varies depending on plant needs, plant changes and driver capacity.
- Start Times : Vary by location
- Average Miles : 1,100 / week
- Home Time Home most nights, may be out 1-2 nights per week.
CDL-A Shuttle / Short-haul / Local Truck Driver Requirements :
- At least 21 years old
- CDL-A with 6 months tractor trailer experience
- Must have 48’-53' tractor trailer experience
- Mentor and Training programs are available for drivers with less than 6 months of experience
