ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Must be able to prepare and inject radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic imaging.
- Receives and records appropriate information regarding receipt of radioactive materials.
- Performs quality assurance procedures on all equipment.
- Processes diagnostic images and prepares reports for Cardiologist.
EDUCATION : Graduate of an AMA approved school of nuclear medicine technology.
EXPERIENCE : Minimum of one year experience in nuclear medicine.
CERTIFICATE / LICENSE : Current registration for ARRT or NMTCB needed; current BLS certification and current ACLS preferred.
