We currently have openings throughout the state of Washington for FT Float RN or LPN Unit Managers to travel amongst our Washington-based SNFs as needed.

Our ideal candidates will be EXPERIENCED and have a proven, reliable track record. Travel will be required as well as the ability to accept long-term assignments (a month in a hotel in another part of state, for example).

Once in the assigned center, our candidates will work alongside our FEARLESS DNS in order to help all of our amazing residents to reach their highest practicable well being.

Responsibilities :

  • Under the supervision of the DON and / or ADON, the Unit Manager assumes responsibility and accountability for assigned core programs
  • Follows all center infection control and safety measures
  • Makes frequent rounds to ensure nursing staff are following their assigned duties and redirect as necessary
  • Ensure the nursing stations are well organized, cleaned and stocked appropriately
  • Participates in development and implementation of resident specific care plans
  • Any other tasks as directed by the DON

Qualifications :

  • Ability to travel and stay in assigned locations for variable lengths of time
  • Current RN or LPN license without any enforcement action against it
  • Minimum one year in a supervisory role in a Skilled Nursing Setting preferred
