Goal :

Harman DTS is looking for a Global Commercial leader that will complete a sales and marketing turnaround within DTS with the objective to build annual double-digit growth.

The leader will complete a transformation of the sales, marketing and partnership structure for DTS.

Reporting into this Role :

• Regional Sales Leads ( 50 FTEs). 2 in the US with teams in Americas; 1 in Europe with resource in Russia; 1 for APAC including teams in India and China.
• Key Account Teams ( 10 FTEs)
• Vertical Practice Leads for Healthcare, Communications and Industrial to bridge customer domain expertise with our solution and delivery teams ( 5-10)
• Scaling Partner Team focused on software companies ( 5)
• Sales Operations resource
• Marketing (dotted Line) ( 8 FTEs)

Ownership :

• New Business Awards in a combination of existing customer expansion as well as new customers
• Revenue growth
• Vertical Market Position in terms of reputation and share
• Pipeline management process
• Pursuit Review process to ensure customer and financial success
• Customer Contracts
• CSAT and NPS Scores with Customers
• Partnership strategy and execution
• Sales and marketing budgets

Required Background :

• Prior success achieving double-digit growth from $100M to $300M with a services company
• Scope of services to include Engineering Outsourced Product Development, Information Technology Outsourcing with strong linkages with design and consulting services
• Led a turnaround of an underperforming sales team to a high growth organization that likely was private equity or owner owned
• Strong customer leadership connects with a focus in Healthcare, Communications and / or the Industrial verticals
• Solution oriented approach, where he / she is able to leverage our offerings, solutions, services and IPs to be able to solve customer problem statement
• Data driven sales leader that uses and evolves tools and processes to define funnel and close rates
• Ability to attract strong sales talent into the organization with a network of qualified sales executives.
• Ability to build large deal pipeline and to convert potential opportunities into large deals
• Experience at managing Global Accounts and setting up global sales model
• Collaborative behavior and culture to work with business units and cross organization functions
• Strong and effective industry connects at CXO levels

Preferred :

• Strong technical acumen in the areas of AI, Cyber, Cloud and Infrastructure services, Semiconductor
• Strong network within the analyst community
• Good understanding of financial models and strong financial acumen
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong contract background
