Job Description : We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team and help drive our mission of promoting wellness through our products across San Fransisco.
Our initial product line features hemp-derived compounds and synergistic whole plant therapeutics to ease common aches from daily activities.
These products are ideally suited for massage and pain clinics, wellness stores and centers, orthopedic clinics and more.
The ideal candidate will prospect and generate new commercial business as well as perform sales visits and cold-calls in the field to generate new permanent sales.
This candidate should be able to support existing clients and have an ability to conduct product demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business (this includes conducting research and identifying potential clients in the wellness, orthopedics, massage, and physical therapy sectors to expand the customer base).
- Conduct sales visits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Effectively demonstrate product line
- Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas
- Collaborate with Internal Teams : Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure client needs are met and feedback is communicated.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
Qualifications :
- Fast learner with a passion for sales.
- Access to own transportation required.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies
- High school diploma; BS / BA degree or equivalent is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Familiarity with Shopify platform a plus.
- Highly motivated and the target is driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
