You are :

An experienced Blue Yonder Assortment & Space Management Solution Architect with a drive to succeed and a desire to learn, that will develop and grow our Planning business for the Blue Yonder platform.

The work :

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities :

Identifies, assesses, and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility - Enterprise Supply Planning (primary skill).

Fulfillment and order optimization experience will be a plus

  • Architecting Planning solutions to achieve a defined business outcome, working with Interfaces, workflows, and data management / data migration teams.
  • Configure the system to support business requirements, design. Should be able to drive business requirement workshop and solution design related to Supply planning - Capacity and material planning, Finished goods and raw material planning etc.
  • Have expertise in at least one solver and exposure to other heuristics / Optimization solvers available in Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply planning solution module.
  • Experiences in CPG / CGS industry will be a big plus.
  • Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management and interacts with senior management at a client and / or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.
  • Has some latitude in decision-making.
  • Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
  • Manages large - medium sized teams and / or work efforts at a client or within Accenture.
  • Drive team to Perform end to end testing during System Integration Testing
  • Drives team to the adoption of standard business supply chain planning operating model practices.
  • Provide knowledge of integrating Blue Yonder with host ERP systems for both Inbound and Outbound Interfaces, workflows, Query development, preparation of detailed functional specifications
  • Experience in functional integration to major ERP and planning solution.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment and ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.
  • Should have strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • May be willing to travel for projects to the client site as per the needs.
  • Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's what you need :

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in a Business or supply chain Concentration
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations and Execution
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Blue Yonder Tools as Enterprise Supply Planning Solution Architect and have been part of at least two BY supply planning implementations.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience Managing Small to Mid-Sized Staffs and Projects

Nice to have :

  • Experience in BY demand solution or other modules such as Order promiser, Sequencing etc.
  • Advanced Understanding of SCPO Data Model

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
