Pure Barre is the national leader in barre fitness with more than 650+ franchise locations across the United States and Canada. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales and Community Engagement Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive membership growth, foster community engagement, and work closely with the Sales Manager and Studio Owner to lead the sales team to success. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a supportive, community-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Membership Sales :

• Develop and implement lead generation strategies, including Grass Roots Marketing.
• Manage membership sales and retention, utilizing studio management software to track progress.
• Execute member retention initiatives to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Community Engagement & Events :

Team Leadership & Collaboration :

Operational & Administrative Duties :
