Your role in helping us shape the future :
U.S. News & World Report is hiring an Account Manager / Associate Account Manager who will partner with our sales team and our partners to ensure the long-term success of our higher-education branding and recruitment marketing solution.
This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a strong background in client relations and account management. The ideal candidate is self-motivated with an entrepreneurial attitude.
This position will directly contribute to the success of a growing revenue stream at U.S. News.
Are you up to the challenge?
- Coordinate with the Account Executives, and other U.S. News teams to interact with education clients. Build strong relationships with our clients to ensure client satisfaction and success.
- Responsible for onboarding new clients by collecting assets and troubleshooting the set up of campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with regular campaign reporting.
- Thoroughly prepare for QBRs and other client calls and lead the conversation by sharing campaign performance insights as well optimization suggestions.
- Initiate upsell opportunities and work with clients on subscription renewals. Achieve exceedingly high renewal rates.
You should definitely have :
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of one year of digital media experience at a publisher, brand or agency
- Demonstrated success in fast-paced and demanding client facing environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proactive attitude with the desire to learn our business and become a key player on a results-oriented team
- Detail oriented and organized with a strong ability to multitask, must be able to juggle multiple projects
- Experience with platforms such as Google Ad Manager, Data Management Platform (DMP), Google Analytics, data visualization software etc. is preferred.
