QUALIFICATIONS- At least one year of experience working with a geriatric population- Current MA license, DEA prescription privileges, and CPR CertificationPreferred - BC in Geriatric Medicine- Suboxone Waiver- At least one year of experience working with low-income and diverse cultural groupsAbility to- Quickly recognize situations / problems before becoming acute, implement effective solutions, and understand consequences- Convey information clearly and succinctly to team members
