e. painting, dry wall repair, basic construction, etc.) Move equipment, appliances, furniture, etc. Service hot tubs Remove items from home for disposal Maintain lawn, walkways, driveways, etc.

Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test, and make adjustments Pick up trash Perform regular preventative maintenance in homes Perform a variety of plumbing, maintenance, and carpentry functions Assist housekeeping when needed Perform general maintenance pre-checks prior to owner or guest arrivals Ensure the maintenance of buildings, grounds, homes, units, and other properties through determining and scheduling repairs, renovation projects, waste reduction improvements, and safety inspections Manage inventory, monitor usage, and coordinate the purchasing of materials, supplies, tools, and housekeeping supplies Operate a company vehicle in a safe, courteous, and professional manner Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the company vehicle Report any maintenance issues and / or accidents immediately Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the Team Member for this job.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS : REQUIRED High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a similar role Ability to pass pre-employment testing which may include drug testing and / or background screening Proficiency in technology such as cell phones and basic computer skills Working knowledge of and ability to use power tools Current, valid driver’s license with good driving record ( Will be utilizing company vehicle ) Ability to lift 75 lbs.
