About The Position
Job Title : Rehabilitation Therapist Job Specialty : Occupational Therapist Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Days Guaranteed Hours : 36 per week Experience : New grads are welcome;
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience is preferred License : License verification required Certifications : None specified Must-Have : Resume and license verification must be included with application Job Description : Provide occupational therapy services to patients to enhance their ability to perform daily activities.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans.- Assess patient needs and design adaptive equipment to enhance patient independence.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed to achieve the best outcomes.- Educate patients and families on treatment interventions to ensure continued progress.
- Conduct COVID-19 testing 72 hours prior to the start date, with results issued 48 hours prior.- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care. Candidates must be proactive in completing the required testing and documentation before the start date.
