Director of Social Services - Skilled Nursing

We are looking for the right Director of Social Services to complete their dedicated team! The campus is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood that offers the full spectrum of care so the residents can age in place.
We are looking for a licensed Director of Social Services who has demonstrated leadership skills within an assisted living or skilled nursing facility, compassion for the residents, and can develop and maintain strong relationships with community organizations.
You will lead the community's day-to-day operations and be responsible for assessments, admissions, discharge, team leadership, and operational excellence.
