PACK OUT MANAGER (WAREHOUSE) - LONGVIEW, TX

Pack Out Manager

The Pack Out Manager leads the final stages of production, ensuring finished goods are accurately packaged and prepared for shipment. The role ensures accurate counts, proper labeling, and quality standards are met while leading a team to maintain efficiency, organization, and safety within the pack out area.

Key Responsibilities :

• The position requires working in a refrigerated environment (around 35F)
• Support daily warehouse operations
• Lead and schedule pack out staff to meet daily production goals
• Ensure all products are packaged accurately, safely, and in compliance with the company and customer requirements
• Monitor line flow, adjust resources, and remove obstacles to maintain efficiency
• Collaborate with quality assurance to address any product or packaging defects
• Maintain proper inventory packaging materials and communicate needs to procurement
• Train and coach team members on procedures, safety protocols, and performance expectations
• Maintain accurate documentation for counts, weights, and lot tracking
• Implement and carry out sanitation and safety standards in compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
