Security Guard Night Shift (7pm - 7am)
Description :
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Second Shift Security Guard to join our team. As a Second Shift Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel during the second shift.
The open shift is 7pm to 7am.
Responsibilities :
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises
- Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence
- Respond to alarms and calls of distress to protect property and personnel
- Monitor and operate security cameras and other surveillance systems
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences
- Warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or evict violators from premises, using force when necessary

- Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position
- Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment
- Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures / protocols
- Surveillance skills and detail orientation
- Integrity and professionalism
- High school degree or equivalent
- Must be able to work second shift hours
