We are looking for an Outside representative for the following territories Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, Maryland
Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outside Sales Representative with a strong background in cabinet sales. The ideal candidate will have cabinet knowledge and some knowledge of 2020 / Pro Kitchen Design software.
This candidate will have a proven track record in outside sales, exceptional CRM skills, and the ability to manage client relationships and drive sales growth.
Responsibilities :
- Sales and Client Acquisition :
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the cabinetry market to both individual contractors and multi-unit customers.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct in-person sales meetings and presentations to showcase our products and services.
- Product Expertise :
- Provide expert knowledge on cabinetry products to assist clients in making informed decisions.
Stay up to date with industry trends and product developments.
- CRM Management :
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage client information, and forecast sales performance.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions.
- Travel and Territory Management :
- Travel extensively within assigned territory of both Tennessee and Kentucky to meet with clients and prospects.
Plan and organize sales routes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis :
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to management.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the cabinetry industry.
- Proven experience as a "road warrior" with the ability to travel extensively.
- Familiarity with either 2020 or Pro Kitchen Design software.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage sales activities and client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Territory to be covered will be Tennessee & Kentucky.
Compensation :
- Competitive base salary of 60K plus commission.
- Call allowance provided for work-related travels.
- Benefits package including medical, and paid time off.
