UKG is seeking a highly motivated sales professional as a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for net-new logo sales in the mid-market and enterprise space.

Primary Responsibilities :
- Consistently exceed sales quotas
- Must have proven success selling HRMS / Payroll solutions to complex organizations
- Must have worked primarily as a New Logo Rep (Hunter) and consistently exceeded sales quotas.
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of solutions, technology, and capabilities to solve customer challenges and help them achieve stated business outcomes.
- Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory.
- Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for customers on HCM, Payroll solutions, and services aligned with the prospective customer's needs.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of HCM / SaaS Industry, competitors, and analysts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
Minimum Qualifications :
Minimum of 3-5 years of proven success selling HCM / Payroll solutions
Preferred Qualifications :
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Incredibly organized
- Experience with a diversity of prospecting strategies
Travel Requirement : 30-40%
Pay Transparency : The base salary range for this position is $125,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
This position is also eligible for commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
