A company is looking for a Remote Supervisor responsible for leading Customer Service Representatives to meet program objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide motivation and guidance to CSRs to meet quality specificationsMonitor and develop CSR teams, handling call escalations as neededConduct meetings to communicate policy changes and address CSR concernsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent work / military experience preferred1-2 years supervisory experience in a virtual contact center environment preferredMinimum 2 years of customer service and leadership experience requiredExperience in the healthcare industry, especially prescription coverage support, is a plusPC skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel required
