A company is looking for a Head of Acquiring.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain a compliance framework ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations and scheme rules
Build and lead the Acquiring team, ensuring proper resources and expertise for monetization tasks
Define and execute payment partnership strategies to increase authorization rates and customer conversion
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in FinTech or Payments (PSPs, Acquirers, High-Risk industries)
At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader or in a managerial role
Knowledge of Data Analysis, Card Scheme rules, PCI DSS, PSD2
Experience with cryptocurrency payments
Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
