Job Description : We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner with at least two years of experience in dermatology to join our thriving practice.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assessing skin conditions, connecting with patients, and working in a fast-paced environment with a high patient volume.

The role involves providing comprehensive dermatological care, including assessments, treatments, patient education, and potential upselling of cosmetic products or procedures.

Responsibilities :

• Assess and diagnose various skin conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin cancer.
• Perform dermatological procedures such as biopsies, cryotherapy, and minor excisions.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history.
• Educate patients about skincare routines, treatment options, and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with dermatologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Upsell cosmetic products or procedures when appropriate and within scope of practice.
• Flexibility to work full-time, including some Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications :

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current Nurse Practitioner license and certification in dermatology.
• Minimum of two years of experience working in dermatology practice.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to assess and manage a high patient volume.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to contribute to practice success.
• Knowledge of cosmetic dermatology products and procedures is a plus.
