This is a fast-paced unit where teamwork is vital! This is an excellent opporntity to provide quality care to patients in an environment that fosters transparency, respect and partnership! There is also a multitude of opportunities to cross train within various department and its specialties. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to ill and injured patient
- Administer medication as instructed by physicians
- Document observations, assessments, and changes in patient's condition
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate positive patient care outcomes
- Provide a full range of nursing care to patients with a variety of physical and / or behavioral problems REQUIREMENTS
- Nursing degree / diploma required. Must be willing to obtain a BSN within 3years of hire
- A RN with 20 years of RN experience will be exempt from the BSN requirement
- Current Washington Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire. BENEFITS
