Project Manager - Land Development - PE - hybrid remote

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Residential, commercial, mixed-use, and / or industrial site development projects
• Professional license - EI or PE preferred
• Civil 3D experience is a plus
• Business development and marketing experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgets for projected work.
• Ability to prepare statistical reports.
• Must have strong leadership skills with ability to mentor younger staff
• Communicate ideas and technical information to staff, supervisors, and clients in a professional manner.
• Ability to delegate and follow-up efficiently

Project Managers are responsible for a variety of activities which may include market services to potential, current and former clients, provide the Business Unit Leader with essential project information, develop scope, schedule, budget and coordinate with subcontractors, conduct team design team meetings to inform and resolve issues, ensure accurate and timely billings, assist in formulating plans, cost estimates, timeframes and specs of projects and perform QC reviews and coordinate QA process in accordance with company policy.
