We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin.
The core function of this role is to provide impeccable customer service in a call center environment, handle customer inquiries effectively, and maintain accurate customer data.
Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or faxes in a timely and efficient manner.
- Handle and resolve customer issues related to paychecks, enrollment information, or hours worked.
- Communicate effectively with employers and employees to address their concerns.
- Ensure accurate and efficient data entry for maintaining customer records.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for various administrative tasks.
- Strive to meet or exceed daily metrics set for customer service.
- Engage in both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
- Ensure all customer interactions adhere to the established guidelines and protocols.
- Continually strive for improvement in customer service and work efficiency.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role
- Proficiency in answering inbound calls
- Experience in a call center environment, handling customer service
- Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Experience with email correspondence in a professional setting
- Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
- High school diploma or equivalent education level.
