Job Description

Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English / Spanish)

On-site Position

Payrate : $17.50 / hr.

Call center located in Sandy, UT. Hours of call center operation is 9 : 00 AM / MST until 7 : 00 PM / MST 7 days a week. A typical work week will be 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, and will include a Saturday or Sunday.

Training is conducted Monday through Friday from 9 : 00 AM / MST until 5 : 30 PM / MST (2 weeks of training).

• Can navigate multiple applications and research solutions with ease
• Love helping people and guiding them to the best solution for their issue
• Provide calm conflict resolution and problem resolution for frustrated customers
• Can work in a structured environment for the duration of your allotted, full-time schedule taking high-volume calls from customers

Requirements :

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have High School Diploma or GED
• Pass a general background check & 5 panel drug screen
• Have open availability between 9am-7pm MST
• 100% attendance in the first 90 days
• Must be bilingual (English / Spanish) verbal and written
