QUALIFICATIONS :
- BA Degree or equivalent experience.
- Supervisory Experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to make presentations to small groups.
- Valid California driver's license, proof of insurance and reliable transportation
- Ability to successfully complete a Live Scan fingerprinting background check.
RESPONSIBILITIES & JOB FUNCTIONS
- Coordinate staff and volunteer facility assignments.
- Ensure adequate facility coverage.
- Provide facility visitation as needed.
- Assist in the investigation and resolution of complex cases.
- Ensure timely submittal of reports.
- Review and monitor organizations documentation and reports.
- Track annual training hours received by each volunteer.
- Assist with Certification training and continuing education for volunteers and staff.
- Represent the program with other agencies and organizations, both public and private.
- Make presentations to community organizations and facilities.
