Licensed Master Aesthetician for Busy Plastic Surgery Practice
The Bitar Cosmetic Surgery Institute, one of the busiest and fastest growing cosmetic surgery practices in the DC area, is seeking an experienced licensed master Aesthetician to handle skin care services in our Fairfax location.
Responsibilities :
- Perform a wide variety of skin care and non - surgical treatments including, HydraFacials, Morpheus, Micro-needling, Chemical peels, and Laser treatments including hair removal, IPL / BBL, Nano Peel Laser
- Experience with Coolsculpting, Sciton Lasers, EmSculpt, Exilis, Plasma Pen and Ultherapy is a plus
- Provide skin care consultations for prospective clients and surgery patients
- Recommend home skin care regiment with one of our many product lines
- Grow clientele through proactive marketing efforts including phone calls, email blasts, special events, consultations and referrals.
- Collaborate with Marketing Director to develop social media posts, blogs, special events, and email promotions
- Assist with back end and retail product inventory
- Provide the highest level of customer service
- Meet monthly sales quotas
- Provide social media content with marketing team
Requirements
- A Licensed Master Aesthetician degree from an accredited institution with 2 years of work experience as a master aesthetician
- 5-7 years of general work experience
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and the ability to multi-task and self - direct.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with Nextech software is a plus.
- Previous work in a plastic surgery or cosmetic dermatology practice is a plus
- Must be willing to sign a reasonable non compete agreement.
- Must be flexible to work Saturdays
- Must be flexible to work 1-2 evenings a week or 1-2 early mornings a week
- Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
