Job SummaryWorking as a Traveling Sous Chef - Midwest, you will be responsible for the successful operation of the Culinary Department for a healthcare facility when the Sous Chef or Executive Chef is out of the kitchen (LOA or PTO) or needs to be replaced.

Based out of Kansas City, will travel thru the states of Missouri, Iowa, Kansas, Wisconsin, and Arkansas, supporting, training and working vacant positions at hospitals in the region.

You will assist in the supervision, preparation, and cooking of various food items, developing daily menu items and their preparation and garnishment.

You will supervise salaried and hourly associates in each hospital. You will travel to accounts within the Midwest as needed, and will work a 10 day on, 4 day off work schedule.
