Responsibilities :

Aid with personal hygiene and bathing
Help patients with eating and medication management
Monitor and record patient vitals and behaviors
Assist with patient mobility, including transfers between wheelchair and bed
Support patients in physical exercise and walking

Qualifications :

Fully vaccinated with at least one booster
Own transportation and active driver's license
Minimum of 1-year CNA experience
Active CNA license in MA
