Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Facilities Manager to support their team in Washington, DC!
About You :
- 8+ years of relevant experience; 2+ years of supervisory experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Products.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral / written communication, project management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to use technology analytically to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance customer service.
The Job :
- Manage all aspects of day-to-day property operations.
- Manage operations, building security, and building maintenance.
- Manage tenant / community relations and contractors.
- Manage budget, financial reporting, cost control, and reporting of building operations.
- Manage rent collection and invoicing with tenants / vendors.
This is a temporary-to-hire position that pays $40 / hr-$43 / hr when temporary and converts to a salary of between $95K-$109K when made permanent, depending on experience.
