As a Compliance, Corporate Compliance, Research Compliance Specialist, you will support the Office of Corporate Compliance by maintaining and administering the CCHS Compliance Program.

Responsibilities : Assists the Director, Research Compliance with developing and overseeing the CC Compliance Program.Assists the Director, Research Compliance with identifying and analyzing areas of risk.
Aids in the administration of the research compliance program through the integration of enterprise-wide compliance initiatives including education programs, policy development, risk assessment, and monitoring.
Conducts routine and for cause monitoring, of research studies and processes, identifying and assisting with corrective and preventative action plans.
Receives compliance complaints and inquiries and ensures all compliance matters are appropriately investigated.Works directly with Institute, Department, and Hospital compliance representatives, providing assistance as needed to develop, implement and maintain effectiveness of their respective Research Compliance Programs.
Maintains current knowledge of compliance laws, regulations, research regulations and trends.Other duties as assignedEducation : Bachelor's degree in related field.
Certifications : Certification in healthcare or compliance preferred or,Certification in research i.e. CHRC within 2 years of hire plexity of Work : Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.Preferred Work Experience : A minimum of five years recent experience in healthcare compliance, research, billing, coding, reimbursement and / or information management highly preferred.
WorkExperience : 3 years of recent experience with health care compliance, auditing, billing, coding, reimbursement and / or information management required.
Offset : High School Diploma / GED or equivalent and 7 years of relative experience.Personal Protective Equipment : Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
Pay RangeMinimum hourly : $30.41Maximum hourly : $46.38The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
