Intellectual Property Attorney
Life Sciences Technology Transactions Senior Associate
Our client is a major international firm, seeking a senior level Life Sciences Tech Transactions Associate for its Boston;
Seattle; New York; Salt Lake City; San Diego, Palo Alto; and Boulder offices. The salary for this position is between $390,000 $435,000.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of life science transactional and licensing experience from a law firm or in-house counsel role.
- Experience in some or all of the following agreements : complex partnering and licensing, academic / research, R&D, manufacturing, supply, distribution, clinical trial, material transfer, and NDA's.
- Experience with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, spin-outs and joint venture transactions for companies in the life sciences sectors is strongly preferred.
- Strong interest in life sciences (biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, digital health, medical devices, diagnostics, and discovery tools).
- Background in a biological science, chemistry, engineering, pharmacy and / or business is strongly preferred but not required .
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Strong writing, verbal, and interpersonal skills; team focused.
- Excellent client-interfacing skills.
