Job Title : 1st Shift Production Assembler

Job Description

Join our team as a 1st Shift Production Assembler at a dynamic production facility. Our team mainly produces axles for Tundra and Tacoma vehicles.

You will work in various areas of production assembly in a heavy team-oriented manufacturing environment. Be prepared to stand for 12+ hours, work in tight spaces, and use small power tools, drills, and machinery.

Basic data entry and WMS knowledge are required for inventory tasks. You will perform visual inspections, potentially operate a stamping press, and be responsible for cleaning and monitoring your work area.

A hat will be issued and is required to be worn at all times.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in West Memphis, Arkansas.

Work Environment

Shift : 1st 6am-6pm (2-2-3). Training will be Monday to Friday on 1st shift for five days. May also work Monday to Saturday with 8-9 hour workdays.

Orientation is Tuesday to Friday with shift and area assignment on Thursday. The environment includes a manufacturing setting with steel toes, hard hats, and safety glasses required.

The facility is non-climate controlled but has fans and small heaters. Renovations are ongoing, including new breakrooms, bathrooms, vending, and lockers.

The facility has a mechanic shop type of smell.
