Description
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards
- Manage project team members, including architects, engineers, and contractors
- Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports and financial reports, to senior management
- Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Thorough understanding of construction processes and building codes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
