Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include :

• Structures, negotiates, administers, analyzes and maintains supplier contracts
• Responds to complex inquiries regarding contract obligations, modifications and revisions
• Reviews and analyzes contractual obligations of the parties as requested
• Prepares and disseminates information regarding contract status, compliance, modifications, renewals, pointed summaries for legal department requests and inquiries, etc.
• Identifies business risks associated with contractual commitments and collects and organizes information in support of business risk assessments
• Responsible for consultation and escalation to leadership & EHI's legal department for any contractual issues that need legal consultation
• Acts as the primary contact between the project team and / or business unit and Legal, ensuring that all legal and contractual matters are addressed efficiently and promptly
• Responsible for informing the project team of the requirements of the contract
• Develops and integrates contract management tools, templates, methods and processes
• Develops and provides contract training as needed
• Achieves a reasonable level of understanding of Enterprise’s major business areas in order to communicate effectively with project team and provide relevant advice
• Responsible for implementation of contract management best practices, processes and assure consistency across all contracts
• Attend team and group meetings and attend / complete required training

Qualifications

Required :

• Bachelor's Degree
• Two (2+) years of relevant experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including NDA's, MSA's, Maintenance Agreements and SOW's
• Experience preparing contractual terms and conditions as well as contract summaries for stakeholders
• Knowledge of legal language
• Experience using diplomacy to negotiate and resolve conflicts and to persuade others to embrace strategies proposed
• Experience interacting cross-functionally and with all levels of management
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (. Excel, Word, Outlook, Access)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Preferred :

• Knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management Software
• Knowledge of IT Contracts (Software License Agreements, SaaS Agreements,
