The Opportunity

We are looking for a professional who thrives on solving complex technical problems, delivering elite customer service, and mentoring the next generation of technicians. This role offers the perfect blend of independent field work and collaborative team support.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
As our experienced technician, you will be the face of USSI Inc., focusing on high-quality service and installation support :
- Advanced Diagnostics & Repair : Independently diagnose and repair complex residential and small business HVAC system issues (motors, compressors, electrical systems, etc.).
- System Optimization : Perform routine and advanced maintenance, ensuring continued system efficiency and optimal operation.
- Customer Excellence : Deliver exceptional customer service by clearly explaining technical issues, providing accurate repair / upgrade recommendations, and building long-term client trust.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship : Mentor entry-level technicians , providing hands-on guidance, training, and feedback to elevate overall team performance.
- Installation Support : Assist lead installers with system setup, line running, and ensuring quality workmanship and job site safety during new installations.
- Compliance : Strictly adhere to all safety regulations, company protocols, and EPA standards .
- Documentation : Accurately document all service activities, materials used, and submit timely reports to the Service Manager.
