Join a Leading Healthcare Manufacturer as a Production Assistant

We’re proud to be partnering with an industry leader in the healthcare sector to hire a Production Assistant who will play a key role in the day-to-day manufacturing process. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and is eager to contribute to a team that makes a real impact.

Shift : Monday–Friday, 3 : 00 pm - 11 : 00 pm

Location : East Madison, WI

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Set up and operate printing and slitting machines in line with productivity and quality expectations.
  • Complete all production documentation accurately and maintain records as required.
  • Keep work areas, machinery, and equipment clean and well-organized.
  • Assist with packing, material handling, and core cutting operations.
  • Follow safety procedures and help ensure a safe working environment.
  • Support quality goals by strictly following operational protocols.
  • Help with cleaning room duties and assist with equipment setup when needed.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as directed by the production team.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines, work instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Familiarity with computers and digital systems.
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
