What you'll bring

WhoYou Are :

• As a TaxExpert, you have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, usingcommercial tax preparation software.
• Youpossess an active, unrestricted credential : EA, CPA, or PracticingAttorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensiveknowledge of tax laws and active Preparer Tax Identification Number(PTIN).
• You are passionate about helpingclients navigate the complexities of taxation, and you're committedto enhancing our brand by delighting our customers and empoweringthem to prepare their taxes.
• You possessexcellent customer service skills, and you are excited to interactwith customers through video and audio tools in a professional,friendly, and confident manner.

What YouNeed :

• Must have (or bewilling to obtain) a dedicated hardwired internet connection thatmeets Intuit Security criteria.
• Must be willingand available to work a minimum of 20 hours perweek.

How you will lead

What You WillDo :

• In this role, youwill help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTaxproducts. By providing tax advice, full service return preparation,tax calculations, and managing product / software inquiries, you willbe working toward advancing our goal of "Powering Prosperity Aroundthe World."
• You will utilize governmentwebsites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek outand deliver the right answer to the customer using everydaylanguage.
• This is a virtual, customer-facingrole, so you will use our state of the art video communicationsoftware to interact with customers, and you will documentinteractions to maintain accurate records.
