We are looking for a full time Audio Visual Operations Supervisor to work at the CHI Health Center in Omaha, NE.
This Audio Visual Operations Supervisor is responsible for the daily hotel audio visual operations. The position requires that all levels of service and standards of operations are met and exceed in the perception of our clients and customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Set up meetings and conferences
- Set-up and maintain all computers, LCD projectors and all other audio-visual equipment for our customers
- Provide excellent customer service assistance to all clients
- Contact the clients to ensure scheduled meetings go smoothly
- Be an example showing leadership to other AV Technicians by training, showing best practice, and stepping up to back up Operations Manager, Assistant Director, and Director of Event Technology
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements and Skills
- Must have at least 3 years’ experience as an audio-visual technician
- Must have CAD (Computer Aided Drafting) Experience
- Must have multi-projector blending experience
- Must be self-motivated, organized and punctual
- Must be able to work with little supervision
- Solid and demonstrable relationship customer service skills
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for a long period of time
- Demonstrate leadership skills
- Great Customer service
- Time Management Skills
