Work with our team to design and develop construction documents for a diverse sector of the industry ranging from residential, corporate commercial and multi-family architecture.
Job Responsibilities shall include :
- Development of plan layouts and construction document drawing sets in AutoCAD.
- Code research such as local and state building codes, accessibility and FHA.
- Product and material research.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- A focus on time and budgets.
- Ability to produce and coordinate a set of construction documents.
- Degree in Architecture.
- U.S. work authorization.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Advanced skills in AutoCAD, MS Word and Excel.
- A commitment to quality in all things.
