A company is looking for a Training Development & Delivery Consultant to create and implement impactful training programs in a remote capacity with potential travel to Nashville, TN.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for various skill levels

Create engaging eLearning courses and review end-user training materials

Collaborate with teams to deliver training related to system enhancements and support training administration

Required Qualifications

Proven ability to translate technical concepts into accessible training content

Experience in instructional design methodology and developing training evaluations

Prior experience working with state government agencies

Excellent project planning and organizational skills

Strong understanding of adult learning principles
