Sodexo is hiring an Assistant Zone Manager for Springfield City Schools located in Springfield, MA. We are seeking an energetic, proven food service leader to support a large multi-unit school food service operation. A successful candidate will have a demonstrated background in managing multiple school food service operations including strengths in managing food cost, labor cost, quality production all while providing strong, decisive leadership. At Sodexo, we deliver food, nutrition, environmental and facilities management solutions to partnered K-12 schools. Responsibilities

• Have oversight of day-to-day operations while delivering high-quality food service
• Achieve company and client financial targets and goals
• Develop and maintain client and customer relationships
• Develop strategic plans
• Create a positive environment while ensuring Sodexo standards are met
